For my fellow newbies here: It's okay to feel out of breath. It's okay to lose out on the few last seconds of exercises. Don't feel sorry that you weren't as good as you thought. You'll get better in no time. And remember, to always have fun!

This is my new favourite arm workout! I was desperately trying to find one that worked for me when I don't have a pull up bar handy and this is perfect. I had to use the low impact versions for some of them but that's room for improvement! I'm proud of finishing this. Thank you.

2 years ago I stumbled upon this channel and tried the 0-100 challenge but ended up quitting after day 14. A month ago I was psychologically down cus of numerous things going on in my life so I thought to try the 28 day challenge once again to distract myself from those and I finally ended up finishing the 0-100 challenge today. I'm really happy with the results and I feel so much better mentally and physically, about to keep the grind going with the ultimate summer body challenge and the 5 weeks aesthetic body program after it. Can't thank u enough mate!

One of the first workouts I started back in the summer before 8th grade. I started out around 100-115lbs and now 2 years later (summer before 10th) I am 145 pounds and all the weight I’ve gained was muscle. It is nice to come back and see where I started in my fitness journey. The workout is so much easier now then when I first started and to anyone first starting out and is doing this workout, good luck on your journey and don’t ever give up

@@yevb1094 No, but if you want to you can. Imo it is best to eat healthy while working out for muscles, but if the workout includes a abs workout you should eat healthy so you can see the abs results

Gotta say this workout is amazing! I am just starting to workout so I need to do adjusted for all push up sets but it gives me a lot of room for growth... Love that in 8 minutes I can feel a great arm pump and I get my heart racing + sweating!

Just finished my 28 days. Have to say this plan completely changed my mind about what can and cannot be done in a month with nothing but a towel and water bottles! @@MercedesBenxx followed the schedule with exception of one extra rest day. Ultimately you have to listen to your body and take extra rest days if you need it otherwise it'll impact your performance.

Brothers, I use simple fitness program: One simple rule: every time when I go to the kitchen before open the door of fridge I go down and do push-ups about 30-50 reps. Results: 1. I do not want to go to the kitchen in the evening at all. 2. I lost 77 pounds (36 kg) from 256 pounds (116 kg) after 7 months. My height is 6' 1" ( 186 centimeters). 3. I do about 250-300 reps of push-ups every day. Update: when I leave the kitchen after meal I do about 50-100 reps of squats. Totally 300-400 squats every day. These two exercise can change all your muscles. You will be looking like a fitness man.

I've just finished his 0 to 100, 28 days workout routine. Strength wise :I do feel stronger than before but since I've alr started doing basic body weight workouts since 5 years ago, the changes aren't too apparent. Physique: I'm an ectomorph body type, but I do have quite a strong chest, throughout these 28 days, I didnt notice much change in my physique, but that might be because I'm an ectomorph and diet is really important for ectomorph to gain bulk, but I havent been paying attention to my diet, so bulking purely through exercise is really hard. My advice to you guys who are thinking of starting his routine : know ur goals, whether it is to bulk up muscles or burn off ur body fat, then look up ur own body type and make sure you're planning out ur workouts and diet efficiently, if not you would be wasting ur time like me. If I had planned out a high calorie diet for my high metabolism body, these 28 days would've been more efficient on my physique changes. Good luck guys!! Hope you guys can achieve the dream body you've longed for!!
