Hello Wendy, first off I enjoy your videos, and thank you for putting them out. I have been fortunate enough to have been cast in many indie films and from time to time I get cast and then given the full script and find the writing to be very bad. What do you recommend to do when these kinds of projects come up? The project probably won't get distribution so might not advance my career, but at the same time, at least the material is something that I can use for me reel (I hope.). I have been lucky enough to get all of these with out the help of an agent or manager. Any advice is appreciated.

Hey Wendy, I have no experience as a actor at all. I am 21 and very interested, but I just don’t know where to start and am very intimidated bc I’m so shy. I have a acting elective at my college and once I have money im gonna get some classes at a theatre. Is that a good start and what advice do you have to be more confident in your abilities.

Listen to me Casey- don't be so hard on yourself. You won't be confident in abilities you haven't learned yet. FIRST you learn the skill of acting, then you practice, practice, train, keep taking classes and EVENTUALLY you will be confident in your skills and abilities. That is how it works. Not the other way around.
