Good communication was the key for me. My second wife was a really long distance relationship, like 2600 miles and an international border long distance. Great points. It took me years to figure out the art of “true” foreplay. For me, in my male mind, I approached it as becoming comfortable and indeed learning to thoroughly enjoying “teasing” a female partner. I was 20 when I got married, 40 when she left and divorced at 44. I was an oral sex guru until she left and then I had different partners where I learned that you cannot ever please every woman using the same techniques. Great video. You were hitting all around something I would like to expand upon. When it comes to intimacy, and ultimately the orgasm, women are ~80% emotional and ~20% physical. Men are almost the opposite. I enjoyed the video and learned a few things. Here is my 2 cents. For my fiancee foreplay starts in the morning when I slide my arms around her waist and down towards the special spot but stop short. Some men need a type of foreplay too. Nothing makes me more ready than going through the day feeling valued, appreciated, and respected by a partner. If I don't get that, you might as well forget it. I don't care if the women was a supermodel or someone I was married to for 25 years. I just have no interest. Over the years, my lack of interest has been seen by women as rejection or insulting, because I just wasn't feeling it. It had nothing to do with their "looks". Then slow role play some, It's teach each other don't be shy, touch yourself place his on top of yours, the change hand position. Occasionally give her foot massage, back and so on. My only suggestion is that you sometimes get distracted or go off on a tangent. I am always astounded how little men + even some women do not understand the joy + purpose of foreplay. I love foreplay, teasing, kissing and massaging before getting down to sex. Not saying all women are the same but I found some cultures do not like foreplay (S.E. Asia). My Filipina wife is learning to enjoy foreplay and taking time to enjoy sex in privacy. She has told me that Filipinas just want to get down to business right away, no time for foreplay. She explained why, sex is for creating babies. Also all too often entire families may share the same bedroom. In these type of scenarios, men need to be patient and take time to teach her to adapt to privacy + learn to enjoy all sex as fun + pleasure NOT just for baby creation. So even if you are man who understands the whole approach to foreplay, do not tell the woman you are with or make it appear that you know her body + want she wants better than she does. Be patient and slowly introduce new things and different environments to her. Sex is one of the key if not ultimate expressions of intimacy to strengthen your relationship. Sex is meant to be pleasurable + can be fun. Only my opinion perhaps based upon my experience.
