7:48 again, I love your hair so much! It seems the key to getting volume is adding curls? My hair is pretty thick with a good amount of texture but when I flat iron it it usually gets flat. I probably need to add some curls I love leaving my hair alone too. I always ask my mom to give me cornrows and keep them in for 1-2 months (moisturising and sealing in the meantime, and washing when or if needed). Personally, if I had to just give three tips on how someone can grow their hair long, Id say (in no order of importance) : 1. Protective styling that doesn't out a lot of tension on the hair (suuuuuper important) 2. Moisturizing and sealing often 3. Deep conditioners and protein treatment

I just relaxed after a 6 month stretch. I love how it helps thicken the hair. Good idea of putting it up for a month or two. Your hair is just gorgeous!! Are you going 6 months again?
