I like your honest answer to "would I buy it again?"! I own a E93 (BMW 320i convertible) which my son is driving now. I had a 428i convertible which was crashed (not by my fault!) and now I own a 440i convertible and I would answer this question with a clear "yes". I would always buy this car again. Being from Germany with cold winters, ice and snow but nice springs and summer, the metal roof makes it so much more usable throughout the year. It feels like owning two different cars. I use it as a second car. As a father of 2, there is no way to have this car as the only one! But for having fun under the sun... oh boy the fun factor is just stunning! It can be used as a comfortable cruiser.... but if necessary... get into sports mode and kick-downs are brutal. It will absolutely put a smile on your face.

Bought my 'Estoril Blue 15 M Sport in 2017 and love it! It's been trouble free and is everything I want and need in a car. And I think BMW made a mistake shifting to the soft top. At most they should have offered it in both hard- and soft-top variants like the old Sebring. Greetings from New Smyrna Beach... Enjoy!

I love my 2015 435i hard top convertible. The famous saying about convertibles is true for this car, too! "All convertibles leak!!!" (Part of the computer system for this vehicle is on a pc board in the trunk of the car!) I can't garage my BMW. So, I have a waterproof custom size car cover. Only takes a minute or two to put the cover on or off. The car is great. The handling is great. I do have the cross beam strut to help control the engine motion. Anthracite Gray metallic paint color with the red leather interior. But, I did also replace those crappy runflats that get such terrible tread life, poor traction/braking, poor handling, etc. Dropped my "M" wheels for a set of slightly larger custom wheels, the best non-runflat Michelins for handling/braking/driving range, etc. and an actual spare tire with a jack/lug wrench (Which does take up much of the almost non-existant trunk space. Very, very happy. (Owners of other cars seem to feel they need to challenge me at every red light- - - But, I save my testerone for better uses.)

I drive convertibles for the last 20 years. The leaking is mostly caused by seals. The 3 and 4 series drains can be clogged very easily. Did you check and clean all drain channels and holes? That’s a task for twice a year.
