Your the man Chad. I too am a mighty struggler of Mental Health Chad. Hypochondriac and the Prince of Panic Attacks. Anytime you see me post a drum video its because I am fighting off panic attacks.

Brother my heart goes out to you reading this because I can feel exactly what you are saying. I'm doing better overall but I get night terrors on and off which wake me into wicked panic attacks. Heart beating out of chest choking for air. Every time it feels like death is just moments away. Many will think that's exaggeration but it still doesn't fully describe it. Stay well and know that as the attacks come as uncomfortable as they are they will pass. They always do. It is so uncomfortable but now I sit with it and I get through them a lot better. Stay well. 💚🤘

Thanks Andy. I really appreciate that. As I get older I realize that the only things that matter in life is how we love and how we laugh. And also how we treat each other. We all deserve the best. I used to think there was so much I needed to acquire and achieve to be 'successful' in life. Now I realize the only mark on want to leave on the world is kindness shared with all those I touch in my life.

Thanks so much and it is. We all need to take time to take care of our Mental Health. If we don't take the time now you will be forced to later. Happened to me and put me in the hospital multiple times. That was good though because I learnt more about my condition and how to stay 'better'.

Congrats dude! Started for same reason, friends, family, myself and place to put them. Picked drums back up after 10 years, like first time again. Making a cover was lot of work, still is, but does get easier. I agree, puts you in a happy place. Keep on drumming! 🥁
