Sister plz tell me one doubt . In india nowadays people prevent preserved and packed foods . But other country people use packed foods as part of their daily life like lays ,corn flakes , bread ,jam ,peanut butter ,cheese,pizza and burger etc. Why indian doctors said these are the causes of cardiac problems. Nowadays we very scared to take even bread too. Plz reply me sister

I am already in diet ka . Balanced diet la iruken I was in overweight category not obese .so started my journey in April. I doing work outs Morning n evening. Walking 10 steps and HIIT work outs.

Akka diet is most important. In weight loss but do some basic exercise like HIIT . We can shed weight with diet we will get lose skin after weight loss in order to avoid that do some cardio of you choice and floor work outs . It gives strength , flexible and toned. Beginning kastam but we can improve by consistent . Choose Four exercise . Like Squats ,lunges, planks, leg raises , russian twist. We have app for women fitness where we can follow according to their instructions. Dont avoid floor work outs ka.

There are two types carbs ka we can take complex carbs and simple carbs . All carbs are not bad I mean plain flour ,refined foods etc. Some ppl do low carb diet.
