hi everyone, this is my 6 months front lever progression. I went from tuck front lever to 5 seconds full front lever , i probably could have achieved this skill sooner but i got injured and did not train for awhile…what happened was that i was casually doing some advanced tuck front lever pullups when i suddenly felt a sharp pain in my back muscles i didnt think much of it and just wanted to achieve the front lever as fast as possible, so i continued to train and the injury actually got a little worse. If you are wondering, i am fine right now i just hope u enjoy the video and if you are working on any skill right now then all the best and dont give up
