I loooove your page, but it bothers me when people give their opinions on how you set up your home...telling you where they think something should go. It's your home, your style, your choice. Never change anything because of people's opinion. You have a beautiful home and i can tell you took the time and thoughtfully decorated. I love everything about it

It's looking so gorgeous. Just refinishing the floors and painting made a huge difference. We've been in our house for 4 years and there's still a long list of things I want to update/decorate! It's a long process when you are on a small budget, but the journey is so fun!

I love the slowly collected approach you are using as you find antiques that suit your taste and the house's aesthetic. Lisa.... I “”LOVE”” your home! I love everything about it! Considering that you have 5 children you home school, you are pregnant, you make all your food, have a garden, sewn all your curtains....... may goodness you are amazing! AND finished a book! I think you are right on track with what should be accomplished and what still needs to be done. I am 63 and am just learning how to be patient and wait for the “right” piece of furniture or artwork for an area or wall space. I think you have helped me with that...”thank you”.... I love when you have a new piece of antique furniture to show us.... ( and a bit envious because I wish I could find something like that ! ) But I am very excited for you and your family! Love your channel, love your style and look forward to a new video.... ❤️

You’ve accomplished much! As a mom of five I know how time consuming just meeting everyone’s love tanks can be. Then there is feeding them-acquisition of food, cooking food, and dishes- and you’re doing it all in a not full functioning kitchen! You’re running a business and maybe most importantly-growing a baby! It has been a productive 6 months. House is looking wonderful. So much of it reminds me of my childhood home. Simple and lovely! I adore the checkered floor in the pantry. I agree with others about the dining room chairs and bench being switched. Michael's room and yours are the ideal situation and I love the light in there too. Maybe you could put legs on your bedside tables so they are a bit taller and up off the floor for easy cleaning and paint a color from the rug? That bathroom with the ticking shower curtain is precious! I have a similar vanity and took off the doors and made a skirt I attached with what I believe they called marine grade Velcro. I had the ends meet middle front overlapping slightly. It has that vintage look but the storage a vanity provides. You have done a lot in 6 months...you work hard at your job, home school several children, a baby soon to arrived, a home to keep and a husband. I love that you are taking time to look for the perfect pieces and not just put together a "look" for the camera. Your kitchen will be perfect for your family and your cooking posts. Bravo, Lisa!

Your home is beautiful and practical. A dreamy white farmhouse. I love the Victorian touches and the wardrobes. Really all of it.
