Great idea. I've tried tracking my time but I always found it added to my anxiety and just one more thing to remember. I have however found that doing specific tasks on specific days really helped. I use a "daily duties checklist" for work and at home. Huge help.

I don’t know why I haven’t thought of tracking my writing before. I’m strongly considering doing NaNo next month, and I think this will really help motivate me!
