I started deep conditioning twice a week as opposed to once a week. I water wash twice a week for 3 weeks our of the month then use a sulfate free shampoo or African black soap once a month. Sometimes I use bentonite clay and my hair and scalp seems to love it. High porosity, high density hair with fine strands over here lol

Adede if you're hair is thin it doesn't show anymore. That is very encouraging for me because I want my hair to get thick. I'm already doing everything you said in this video so I hope one day my hair will look like yours. Your hair is absolutely beautiful by the way. I'd like to get in touch with you directly on email as I have many questions I think you might be able to help me with.

Also, I started something new yesterday, if I want to mosturise my hair, I use a warm towel and place it on my head ,that is if I have natural braids, then I cover with a plastic shower cap, allow the hair to get some warmth then spray the conditioner, use a small amount of pink lotion and some drops of oil, I think that might help with making the products to penetrate since the cuticles are open😃

Yeah warm water is always good at opening up your hair cuticles.

Those naysayers on your videos get me so pissed. They obviously dont know anything about hair let alone cosmetology. Brah, the reason why her hair doesnt look fine to some of you when she styles it is because she obviously knows how to finesse her hair to make it APPEAR thicker. Also, natural hair lends itself to be able to do that really well(at the expense of definition of course). Also, her thin hair strands are HEALTHY. As for her density, if you have watched any videos on how to understand density, you'd know her hair is definitely low. No and, if's, or buts. Her part spaces are very wide when she sections her hair for braids or twists.

Plus they are probably mixing up things, fine hair is about the diameter of the strand and not the amount of strands on your hair

I know right, and even if they're mixing up fine hair strands with low density thin they're shouldn't have a problem because her hair is also thin in density. I'm following because this is healthy thin and fine hair and I'm wondering how she did it, most people with thin and fine, the hair starts to look too stringy towards the ends.

Thanks for the info. Do you also take Biotin? I was using it also gave it to my mom and it improved the quality of hair. I used smaller dosages and drank a lot of water in order to prevent breakouts. Some people said that they got them, but me and my mom were fine. I did a review of Biotin in my channel if you are interested.

I have never tried it before... i kind of don’t like taking medicine, that my main reason for not trying it. But maybe i will in the future. I will check your video out

@ You can take Biotin(vitamin B 7) as a part of a vitamin B complex pills. In Europe you can buy those pills in pharmacies. In the US probably the same. They usually have much lower content of Biotin and thus much lower risk of side effects. Talk a pharmacist and I am sure he will give you the best info. Just drink a lot of water with it and I always start with very low dosages to see how your body react.
