Ingredients:
For Vrat ka Bhajiya:
- 1 Cup Kuttu ka Atta
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 Tsp Green Chilli Paste
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Paste
- Water as required
- Pinch Soda by Carb
Vegetables - Potatoes
- Raw Banana
- Bhajiya Mirchi
- Purple Kand
- Suran
For Chutney:
- 1/2 Cup Peanut (Roasted and Peeled)
- 1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
- Lemon Juice
- 2 Green Chillies
- Salt as per taste
- Water as required
Dahi wale Aloo:
- 4 Tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- Few Curry Leaves
- 3 to 4 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
- 4 Tbsp Peanut Powder
- 1 Cup Curd
- 4 Boiled Potatoes
- Salt as per taste
Samak Chawal ki Kheer:
- 1 Litre Milk
- 1/2 Cup Samak Rice
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- 150 grams Sugar
- Dry fruits- Almond & Pistachio
- Cardamom Powder
- Saffron (Optional)
For Puri:
- 1 Cup Rajagara Atta
- 1 Cup Water
- Salt
- Oil for frying
For Salad:
- 1 Cucumber (Cubes)
- 1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
- 1/2 Cup Pomogranate Seeds
- Salt as per taste
- Lemon Juice
- 1 Chopped Green Chilly
