In regards to tip #3, I am not sure anyone that does not have the LFP batteries should be charging to 100% on a frequent basis, not even monthly . The only time it is suggested to charge to 100% with non-LFP batteries is for lengthy trips.

I wish that I had purchased those wheel covers 4-1/2 years ago! I would love tires that are one size wider to help protect the rims but range will suffer because there’s more rubber on the road and they’re less aerodynamic.

Thanks Michael, there should be a link to the UK version to. When I did it for my old wheels covers from Amazon US, it was just the delivery charge and I didn’t have to settle anything further.

I too am an Adam Kerb Rider 😂, I bought the Mayde covers and 4 hours after installing them hit the kerb in the highcross car park (first time driving there in the Tesla). Replacement is on its way. Very informative vid👍

Hi Adam, I don’t know if you recall but when I did my single replacement video. I literally did it in the same spot 😬 I never use the exit toll machines on the right hand side now. So tight and those kerbs are high! You’ll never know after the replacement 👍

@@AdamWellinformed I didn't realise it was in the Highcross! Yep they're so high, and i just wasn't used to the turning circle of this car. I was much more careful on the way out 😂 I suppose it was a good thing the covers were on to be fair else it would have been the rims themselves. We live and learn

10.00p/kWh thats 34 c/kWh in Canadian Dollars Thats super expensive! My overnight charge is 13c/kWh = 0.08 p/kWh . Im in Ontario ,Canada

Thats crazy good. I was paying 5p per kwh in 2021/22, and it went up at the start of 2023. Since dropped down to 7.5p per kwh. But still barely touches your rate 🤯 super cheap running costs for you 💪

When you charge you set a limit either in the car or via the mobile app. So it doesn’t go over that limit 👍 The battery management software will do the rest.

The aero wheel covers do but they don’t protect the edge of the rims. Hence, the third party wheel covers.

They made rims so soft so you dent it. Then you know you dont drive hard on it. Dont break the car. TESLA would not to pay for warranty work
