When using a new usb stick, do you have to format the usb? If so how?

😊Hi, we only support FAT32 format, plug the USB into your computer mouse right click properties select FAT32 and format.

Thanks. However the issue I’m having is that now when I put a usb in my machine, it’s deleting all my files. It’s showing on my computer, then when I take it to the machine its wiping the usb clean of my files

Hi. When the USB memory is too big, the files missing problem as you described may occur .Try to use a 32GB USB or one USB with less RAM than 32GB.😊

Why do they never specify which format BAI uses?
