Ive found that I get cleaner edges if I put a satin border around the edges AFTER cutting away the fabric, but leaving the patch attached to the interfacing.

I made patches a while back just to try it out. I am horrible on cutting them close to the stitches once I’m done. I’ve done double tear away or tear away and glitter vinyl. Any thing so I don’t have to cut it😂 but the same color stitches is a good idea. And I bought some extra hold or bond off Amazon for the iron on part. But your video was helpful. Still need to learn more on making the patches.

Lonestar Adhesive. Best on the market. If applied correctly you will rip your hat or whatever you apply your patch to before the Adhesive comes off.

I don’t really sell valentine designs so it was a one time thing I’m sure. How come you don’t remove the stitching where the other stitching will overlap so the black doesn’t show, similarly as you would do with Embroidery. I’m asking because I don’t know if it’s possible with patches.

I love using plastic to make patches…no cutting you just carefully pull your patch off and turn the thread off the back….i suck at cutting off Appliqué🤣🤣🤣
