Love your videos and your voice! From my experience the following are also good mood enhancers ;) Sharing as they may be helpful for someone: - doing something new (from visiting a place you never visited to trying a new restaurant or starting a new hobby) - listening to uplifting music and maybe dancing along - buying colorful flowers - Stay under the sun - do something nice for someone else - watch funny videos of comedians ( we tend to mirror people that are laughing) ---this one works very well!! - play with or cuddle a pet - physical touch (like hugging) with someone you love - self-care (doing something that you know is good for you like yoga perhaps or a massage) - dress colorful or light colors and make yourself up - doing something creative or manual (sewing, drawing, writing, playing an instrument, taking artistic photos)

The late great American actress/author and activist for women's reproductive rights, Katharine Hepburn, use to take cold showers or baths everyday and swim in the cold waters off her home in Connecticut! Her father was a renowned urologist who believed in daily exercise and cold water baths! She was also known to sleep 14 hours a day when she could, but like her friend playwright Garson Kanin said, "Watch out for her during those 10 hours she's awake!!" She lived to be 96 and wasn't prone to depression. "Health is youth"....Dr. Thomas Hepburn. Health is also wealth. Thanks for sharing~

Big big appreciation on this one. Simple down to earth & common sense solutions, rolled into a ball that you don't have to pay for. I am one of those people who goes to work & likes conversation to wake up. Others don't & sometimes don't return my " good morning". This used to bother me but now I just say " I threw it out there...you didn't take the bait...I guess you are just lost in your own head. Such people are often cheerier later in the day so I try not to take it personally if they say nothing when I say " good morning"

to the cold shower: let the audience warned that sudden change in temperature especially on the surface of the upper body and head can cause cardiomuscular malfunctioning, rhythmic disturbance and occasionally death.if you have any heart issues, don't go directly in cold shower, instead go in normal bath temperature water and turn the temperature gradually down while breathing deeply and watching if you are still being well. (it's not a professional advice)

"Observe your Thoughts" for those that struggle with it: When you listen to the universe, you hear noise. It is much like an ongoing explosion. You are the aware manifestation of that. Everything is noise, even your thoughts. Just let the chatter, chatter. Keep the radio on, for you will find turning it off impossible. Fortify yourself, and become deaf to it.

Why do so many people have no control over their minds and their thoughts? It's often brought as a general issue.. but it's not. Talking about an observer as being a powerless bystander. I know this is a thing among many people.. but why are the differences so big? Why haven't neurophysicist got an explanation? It might just be that the majority of people is mentally ill without knowing it, because it's seen as the standard.. But what if I tell you that it's actually possible to be in control of your thoughts, to be in peace, without any noise, in the present moment, nice and easy.

@@v.thelastboyscout2822 Gotta say that I have overcome insomnia quite well with the help of "sleeping therapy". Basically it comprised keeping a sleeping diary and meeting a sleep therapist for few times and a have chat about the situation. The key to overcoming insomnia is basically give up trying. It is hard I know. But eventually you will learn to sleep again. You may still have inaomnia in the future, but you shouldn't stress about it. Just accept that you dont always sleep well.
