Kitesurfing isn't huge here but it does occur on the Atlantic Coast, as well as some of the lakes. If you google "Kitesurfing Nicaragua" there are a bunch of resources that pop up!

Not bad at all, typically the ground is wet in the morning then dry by the time you are leaving in the AM. Sun showers somedays, and a few heavy days, usually not consistent. Certain areas get more rain than others.

yes mosquitoes season after it rains but use protection you use rectangular mosquito net for bed at night if you have air condition in the house you should not have a problem .
