These are some great recipes. Thank you!! Just a tip, if you want the cheddar bay "biscuits" to be a little less dense, whip the egg whites before folding in to the remaining ingredients. It adds just enough air to the biscuit to make them a bit less dense while not changing anything about the ingredients.

About the onions...if its not against the diet...once the onions start cooking...sprinkle a little baking soda and continue cooking...cooks faster and caramelizes faster without changing taste...

Thank you do much for these recipes. I have been making Biltong from smoked hams when on sale but never thought about using thin deli meats to make thinner chips. Such a good idea😃 Biscuits look very yummy too. That keto recipe at end does look like a great recipe for when I am having guests over. I don't have 30 friends but it would be easy to cut the recipe down. Thank you very much. I don't comment much but I love your recipes.❤👍🇨🇦

Only salt to season the chuck roast? Or was that one of your blends?
@CarnivorousChefАй бұрын
Just salt. You can use whatever blend you want. But salt works just fine and is absolutely delicious 🤤
@freedomfighter4990Ай бұрын
@@CarnivorousChef I eat steaks with just salt but I've never tried that on tougher cuts. I will next time I slow cook a chuck roast. Thx!

Sugar free is NOT always sugar free. Read your labels; there is always something in there that they use for a sweetener. I came across your channel today and I am looking forward to learning more about this diet and a new way of cooking. Thank you.

Cast iron skillets here only. That teflon pan you used is full of toxins when it gets hot and that's what's gonna hurt your progress 😢

Yeah, I got food poisoning eating this same type of biscuit at Ruby Tuesday’s. I only ate one, and not even all of it. It tasted like dish soap, so after one bite, I avoided it. It still made me DEATHLY ill.
