I tried manchow soup. It came out excellent. Although I used some oil since I had less butter, forgot to add vinegar and used maida instead of cornstarch. It still came out great. I love to eat lots of soup, so I doubled quantities. It's a great tip to use less salt and cook for less time. Thanks Kabitaji.

'Monchow soup' and 'Hot &sour soup' are almost same except in monchow 1 spoon of tomato ketchup and sugar is added along with 1 spoon extra soya sauce (+fried noodles added as topping in monchow soup). However, all soup recipes are good, tasty 😋 and easy to make.
