The recipes are amazing. About pumpkin soup for example, all of it was just blended in the mixer, so shouldn't it be called pumpkin smoothie instead of pumpkin soup? Soups are warm and comforting & cosy. And for dinners, especially in wintertime, people look out for warm/hot soups😊😊😊

Those with IBS, please be cautious when adding the pumpkin soup to your diet. I tried the pumpkin soup twice for dinner and both times my IBS really flared up later at night causing extreme discomfort, nausea, pain, screwed up bowel movements and sleeplessness. I did not have the same issue with the papaya soup. So clearly my body is rejecting pumpkin. Please do not follow anything blindly and see what works for your body. Try , experiment and use your own judgment and intellect. Listen to what your body is saying - no two bodies are same.

🥺🥺🥺oh I too have IBS should I replace pumpkin
@barkhaagarwalla2 жыл бұрын
@@ssunitatanti5 I cannot advise you since what did not work for me might work for you. So you can try and see what happens. Honestly, for me the Satvic movement diet did not help with IBS at all (on the contrary I lost a lot of weight which I did not want to) but they say in their videos that it cures IBS, so I guess it depends on different body types whether something will work or not.

I tried papaya soup and it turned into something which we can only dream of eating at restaurants,it was very yummy and I want to mention two differences 1. I have used tablespoons,steel bowls which we have at home and not measuring cups and spoons. The thing is if u have been a bit experienced in cooking then you can estimate all quantities approximately,so u can make this soup perfectly even without measuring cups. 2. And it takes almost 40-45mins and not 20mins if coconut milk is not ready.

Coconut milk takes five Mt's to prepare. Just cut the coconut with good knife and mixie it and decant with a normal sieve. 5 Mt's is enough for two milks

I guess any soup should be hot if not then will not enjoy the soup. Request you to please clarify my doubts. Thanks in advance
