Wow...I never knew that this was that complicated.

Great video. I am trying to make a custom press brake and am having this issue. In the routing in double rotating cynlinder section; wont this create three independent 'systems', one from the power source, one between the two cyl., one seemingly drawing from the dump tank? How would you accurately bleed the middle system connecting the two cylinders and can you draw from a dump tank? Thanks!!

What about using a separate sync cylinder to sync the two?

A pressure compensated flow divider would work as well.....

Yes, a pressure compensated flow divider, such as the one below, would do the same job as a gear style flow divider except it is in a cartridge valve form. www.sunhydraulics.com/model/FSCH,

You missed out the trusty cheap spool flow divider.

There can be issues with the accuracy and retiming in a cylinder application.

Hi, We've a rotary (gear type) flow divider in our cylinders but still these cylinders move with different speeds. What could be the solution for this?
@atharhaider442 жыл бұрын
There is more time difference in the movement of both cylinders

Do you have a schematic and the loads on each motor? Look up my contact info at mentoredengineer.com to send the information

Hi Sir, Can i get 3 cylinders sycronizing
@MentoredEngineer Жыл бұрын
3 cylinders can be difficult. If you can't mechanically tie them together, I would try to meter the flow out of each cylinder with a flow control valve. After that, you will need to add some sort of electronic control system that measure the stroke and then changes the flow of oil as needed. I'm facing the same challenge right now, but with 10 cylinders all having varying loads.
