Thank you Thank you for this video. I am one of the people who saw the title and clicked on the video very fast. I made up my mind and tried to leave peacefully. I requested for transfer and all hell broke loose. Long story short, I eventually managed to leave, but am currently going through counselling for the trauma I went through during the whole process that eventually to the decision of redeployment. It really is... I almost quit as the first day was so overwhelming. it's happened to me, I was new there, but after feeling much welcome there, by 3-6mths, successful outcome of WPP & a friendly working environment became consistent, I even worked in another building nx door. I also enjoyed working & the pay was very good, +with my own optimistic bubbly attitude to patients & wc. The anxiety & overwhelming feeling soon dissipated. I ended up working there for the last 14yrs and 8mths, I had to resign due to personal reasons in 2018 but I was called back 4 times to come back after Covid , due to family circumstances & commitment couldn't make me go back but who knows in the future..I might when my kids are older... let's pray for a good pleasant supportive work setting🙏🏾😊
