Stevan, hope your knee gets better soon. These are all good points. One thing I would add as point zero is to train regularly with the best coach in your area. The difference between coaches is huge.

Stevan you are right. Look at the stance of the Japanese wrestlers who are doing so well now, both the men and women. They all have low, well balanced stances ready to attack or defend, and NEVER lose good position.

Can you make a video on how to get good wrestling when you're already old please. Especially like for older people starting jiu jitsu late which is a bit more common than old people starting pure wrestling late in life. Like what to focus the most on especially given that we werent conditioned through the years to be good and many people even working desk jobs and have families and doing a little training a few times a week.

What would you recommend I do if I got a stress fracture on my knee and I have to use crutches for 3 weeks? I still want to get better at wrestling but I’m completely lost and I don’t know what I should work on while I’m injured.
