Sadly, I've tried these methods so much but my two parakeets never take bathes on their free time or when I try to give them one, so I try not to force them to take one when they don't want to, but I don't know what else I can do. I do have an attachable bath that I clean out everyday, and sit near the medium half of cage, and its always filled with fresh lukewarm water.

Because whenever I keep the utensils they become hard to be washed and cleaned. **Pots will be of depth of quarter size of the budgies in which my budgies can take bath if they can, the length of it is gonna be double just like a small bowl**

No, don't use soap or shampoo in budgie's body, it may cause infection. Always clean them with fresh water, they're so small, they may get harmed. You should better clean him properly with luke warm water or normal water. If your budgie gets any infection or injury you better get an appointment with a vet
