you mean solid lifters, all push rods are solid/adjustable

The biggest mistake that many make is adjusting them to tight 'to get rid of the ticking".

That kit has no springs ,under lifters . Is that better?

It’s a matter of opinion. The solid lifters are louder and sound like a tap tap tap. The hydraulic lifters do not need adjusting and are much quieter. I’m fairly certain that hydraulic pushrods were standard equipment. The solids were allready in the bike when I received it.

The 69 Originally came with hydraulic. These solid lifters were already in the bike.

Just wondering why after I watched entire video the view count remained at 6,111? I went to the very end. Is it because I have youtube premium? Do you not get credit for the view because of that? I only make sure to go all the way to the end to give maker credit, so....

have you blocked tappet block oil holes?

I have 71 flh with solids and the directions on the SS kit said to block or oil would fill up push rod tubes..

Good question. I received this bike with solid pushrods when I bought it. I know that the panhead engines would have had these tapper block oil holes. And from what I remember they were already blocked up.
