I bought a 2024 Whiskey Fire and chrome Street Glide last July. The dealer had already put on mini apes, custom grips, a docking station and Vance & Hines slip on. Ee absolutely love it! We put 2600 miles on it in 3 months and I'm a trucker so it's weekends only for us but we rode as much as we could. Definitely wanting to add chrome wheels and floor boards as soon as funds allow. I honestly don't feel a need for more power. Oh yeah I added a Klock Werks windshield and now we can hear the stereo. Keep up with the awesome videos brother!

There’s nothing worse than the “wintertime blues” from not riding your Harley. I definitely suffer from sun deprivation! Living in South Mississippi, we ride year round, but we’ll have a week or two of cold rainy weather and cabin fever sets in big time. I’ve ridden in 26 states, mainly in the south and out west, with North Dakota the only one I’ve missed. The missing pieces are all in your neck of the woods. Now, if you get down to Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama, the guys and I will show you a LARGE TIME, guaranteed! Hope our paths cross one day! Merry Christmas to you and your family!

Great video John!! I'd love to get out on two but up here in Fall River MA, the city DPW dumped a TON of salt on the roads Friday night and early yesterday morning. Hello john ! Love your videos. I just bought a 2024 Road Glide before Christmas this year.I have not been able to ride because I just had a procedure on my neck with a fusion. I'm so bummed I can't take it out for several months. I'm inspired by your videos and looking forward to😊 riding again. I do take my bike out in the winter also. Lately just looking at it for now. Looking forward to the next garage segment! Up here in MA I ride my 21 RG Ltd with heated gear any day the roads are dry and free of salt. When done, I always stop at the gas station near my house to top off the tank and add stabilizer to avoid the possibility of condensation.

Moved out to Houston, Texas from Ocean County. Some pretty good riding out here in Houston, but my next trip is going to be The Three Twisted Sisters Northwest of San Antonio. Texas hill country riding is some of the best. Also going far west Texas To Big Bend National. Everyone I’ve talked to said it’s breath taking. Winter riding here is good because it’s rough riding in 100+ degrees lol.

You’ll love the 3 Sisters, although the road surfaces aren’t too good, but the scenery is spectacular. We always stay in Junction when we go out there. The Big Bend area and the Davis Mountains, a little north of there, are awesome places to ride also.

@ yeah, we’re going to wait until the upcoming year to ride out there. I’ve heard Junction and Bandera are the places to stay. Big bend will be a fall item for me 2025. Got to beat that heat lol. Probably will still be in the 90s haha

I like the 24's but I can't justify it over our 22 RGS. I'm actually thinking about keeping this one long term. We have put down about 10k since Feb. We typically do 10k-12k a year. Here in NC we are typically able to get out a couple times a month during winter. I'm considering some heated gear, mostly for the wife. 40F is about our limit right now as well. I'm also considering a tune for a basically stock bike, mostly for the throttle response. Love the video's John, keep up the good work. You and the boys give each other crap, just like my crew does.

Why did you remove the side vents? They help deflect wind off your legs then I cut black dense foam blocked off the lower fairing. It also keeps cold air off, making it like I'm a nice bubble on a cold day.

Sorry but riding an hour or two in cold on salty roads does nothing for me.... What does it for me, is getting my dirt bike out and working some technical single track, while facing the challenges of off-road winter conditions. Best of all I rarely have to deal with traffic on the trails 🤣

I'm not impressed with the new style of the Harley touring. I'll keep my 2020, last year for the hydraulic clutch. I have seen fixes for the cable clutch still won't get one. I was told by a guy that he has ridden to all the states. I asked him how did he ride to Hawaii. I tell you what, that guy got triggered by my question. Of course he was a retired US marshal and those guys are psychotic.
