I'm excited about Airbnb for my converted garage, I just need to make sure that I set realistic expectations and that was an excellent point that you made, my guests might forgive the neighbors dogs barking as long as I let them know beforehand, that way anyone that really hates barking dogs won't stay at my place

Check-out his YT channel "Jim G Coaching Club" his vids go deep. He knows Airbnb like the back of his hand and because of the niche his in, he is getting booking like crazy. This guy can help you.

Photography is no longer free. I paid $135.00 through AirBnB for a photographer who posted some faded washed out pictures that I refuse to use on my site. Note: There is no refund or retakes.😾
