I am 69, my hair is all white so I love colour in my outfits. Which also have to be suitable for riding a bicycle. This morning it's red leather trousers with black and white stripes down the outside of the legs. Worn with a red poloneck, and a round neck sweater, white with black polka dots. A burgundy velvet biker on top, and I'm off to the yoga class

Have you already watched my video how to conceal the tummy? The same tips are applied in warmer season: you can go for vests, or very thin linen blazer/gilets, midrise bottoms, tight woven fabrics and summer dresses with slightly higher waistline.

I’d suggest J brand, in slim fit, they have very nice fabric for curvier women and actually not that long. In mass market mango and Massimo dutti, look at the fabric with spandex or Lycra ik it.

Hi Diana, I live in a sunny country, so jackets during summer are not practical. Some days even a cotton blouse is too burdening. Not to mention Polyester fabrics even is mixed... So other than summer dresses, what would you recommend as a comfortable light and vreathing top?

While I appreciate these tips, it would be nice to see these clothes and concepts on someone with a fuller figure. I mean, of course you're going to look slim and lean when you're already slim and lean. There's also some contradictions. One of the first things you say to avoid are stark color contrasts. But the looks you say to go with in fit were all stark color contrasts. So which one is it?
