Love the tips! To make sure I understand, it is best to mix the rose gold and silver together? I personally don’t necessarily like rose gold and gold side by side.

Diana, I took the color palette test and wonder if it is correct. I chose first option on hair, as I now have grey hair with silver pieces. Is this the correct choice for my color hair. Or, do you mean 'my natural color' that I had before I went grey? I would be interested to see a video on color palettes for silver/grey hair, as so many women have now embraced their natural color and no longer cover the greys. It's pretty challenging having grey hair and hazel eyes, neutral skin - trying to figure out colors is challenging.

I have grey hair of different shades and my test came out as cool but I am definitely a warm color type. I don`t think those online tests are precise. get a color consultation in person or try out yourself which colors suit you best.

@@maram6211 same question for me. I tried it both ways. My original color Auburn came out cool and what was referred to as winter. I did it again with option 1. The closest to silver and the results were also cool but in pastels with greens and blues which I never wear.

And again… same for me! I’m very fair but still warm toned. Hair is greying but I have it tinted close to natural with blonde highlights. Colour palette came back as cool. But I’m definitely warm - albeit pale. So not much latitude in the 5 questions for those of us who are warm toned but greying. Maybe this is something which can be addressed in future. I’ve signed up for 3 day course so hope it’s addressed there.

Oddly, I don't seem to be able to wear plain colours anymore. Prints and textures look way better. It's weird. I'm a 'soft' colour so maybe that's it, and my age :)

Intentionality. It might not be a real word, but the concept is, it needs to look like the way you look is what you intended. If the outfit looks like you threw it together then even if you followed all the rules it will still not look stylish. Break whatever rules you want as long as you can carry off the intentionality part.

Ahaha! There’s always such a debate when stylists talk about rules and Don’ts. And once you say you can actually ignore these rules, women feel lost.

I think your missing the point. A lot of these so called classic rules are out of date. Diana’s trying to show us, very creatively, what can be done if we think outside the box and let our style shine and not be so restricted. Classic style rules used too narrowly can look super boring. Let’s embrace some colour and unique styles and be creative in our own unique ways. Diana’s not forcing us to do anything!
