The sleep deprivation is real. I am a new mum with a baby less than 1 month old. I heard about it but the experience is more than I immagined. Thank God for support systems. My mum came around to help me and thank God for a hands-on husband. I must confess in the first few days after delivery my prayer life suffered because I also had the struggle of milk production apart from sleep deprivation and watching my baby cry due to hunger. Its better now. Thanks for the encouragement about keeping your devotional life vibrant. God bless you guys real good.

As a first time mum, we are not told some of these things until we came across them. The joy of it all is seeing them growing and responding to reflex. My baby laughs while sleeping and that gives me joy despite the stress. God bless all mothers and help us reap every fruit of labor
