Great tips Diego! I've subscribed but thought you might benefit from couple of tweaks for the next video. As a way of thanking you for the knowledge! - add some visuals to keep your audience engaged. can be a mix of your personal training footage (lends credibility), or just stock footage of some relevant visuals. - Timestamps! Helps give the video structure and if you touch on a point that isn't relevant to the viewer, they can skip to the next one.

Great video, I never thought about Run day shoes. I have only ran a Half marathon before and now hoping to run one again and then a full but how do you make your plans. I just use some app and then get the plan from there
