Also, when you are laying out different dishes in a buffet kind of setting, put piles of sturdy books on the counter and cover it in a gold tablecloth - so you have dishes at different heights rather than all on the same blank, boring counter or table. I love the individual tureens with the gold knobs on your kitchen shelf but the wire stand above it has too much wasted space. The legs need to be cut down. Easy peasy. Heavy duty wire or bolt cutters or you could use a saw. Do you have one that cuts bones for stock? xoxo from Arizona.
