I'm a bit stuck and need some advice on how to validate my idea. The product I want to sell cater toward the younger crowd, but where I live, there aren't many. Majority of college students are mostly found in downtown area or college campuses. However, I live about 45 minutes away from those locations and many people I know are older (40 and up) with adult kids who have kids. So, how should I go about this?

Sorry Gillian, but this is 100% a terrible idea!! You should not start spending money before you start making it, business fails, ideas fails. If you do all that registration before you even have a product to sell, you're setting up yourself for failure because you already spent your own money. You should MAKE MONEY BEFORE SPENDING MONEY. All this legal registrations will make you lose time and lose money.
