In life we search without knowing what is to unfold, in the end we have our stories and love to be told. it is not what is in your hand or the air that will stand, as the reflection of what you hold in your heart, now you bring to the table with tears on the cheek... this is when the heart can speak.

One I hear a lot is "Everyone is on the spectrum" - this is just false and is invalidating. It's something people say to make themselves more comfortable being around autistic people and avoid a more truthful or challenging conversation.

Heya Cory! I have to say, I am very impressed with this, and various other videos you've made on your channel. It's not often that I see Autistic people talk about living with Autism the way that you do. I'm really liking this video, as it's very interesting, and informative. Not just for people with Autism, but also for people who have people like yourself in their social circle. It's cool, and I think a lot of people can learn from this. That being as said, there have been a few points that you made in this video that I wanted to respond to real quick. Me being Autistic myself, I figured I'd share you some of my own experiences, as you may find it interesting to read how others experience some of these things. Even though I can relate, and agree with a fair few of your points in this video, "you must be good at math and science" is the one that I was kinda surprised to see here. Because I don't think that it's that big of a deal to say that to people with Autism. Not all of us, but I'm sure some of us Autists do take a comment like that as a compliment. It might be a good bit stereotypical, because some of the biggest geniuses in history, like Albert Einstein were autistic. I'm not nearly as good at math or science like those people, but I do get a good chuckle out of it when someone says "I've heard Autists are good at this", after which I tell them that I'm not that good at all. I don't really know how other people with Autism experience this kind of thing, so I can't speak for all of us. All I can really do is make assumptions, based on my personal experience. But yeah, me being Autistic, I just wanted to share this with you. All in all, I love the work that you've put into this, and I'm definitely sticking around for more videos in the future. You have earned my sub ^^ Stay passionate! ^^

I have heard almost all of these and I agree, they are annoying. One I have heard once was “Wait how can you have fish if you are….. slow?” Sadly I didn’t know what to say to that. With I had flipped them off XD

Iron lungs are not used anymore, it is an old fashioned ventilator which made people prisoners at home as going anywhere in the iron lung would be pretty much impossible… 🤗
