Yeah the first time I played sotc on ps3 my dad (who never plays video games) asked why I kept spurring agro and he said to just spur the him a couple of times, stop and just let the horse go, pretty crazy how helpful that was P.s. he was basing it on an actual horse

Just recently started playing since childhood, been collecting fruits and lizards early, but currently stuck on the 4th colosi, also the third was a pain in the ass, just having issues with doing backwards jumps or needing to hold onto something/ jumping a certain direction.

Well, guess now I know what to do for my second playthrough, never knew there were fruits and lizard tails, would just find glowing items around the map picking them up with no clue what they were.

This game has always attracted me and repelled me at the same time lol. I played it on ps2 when it first came out and it didn’t tell you how to play, what buttons do what, objectives, nothing. So i gave up before the first collosious. But the game looked sooooo cool. So here I am giving it another go on the remake.

If you just tap 🔺️, or whatever your "Argo run" button is, and then just hold it, Argo will get up to top speed himself. So just tap n hold n he gets to top speed. You don't need to get to top speed first then hold.

Yea I noticed sometimes while riding agro, the person would stand up on him while he is still going and it happens on accident. Also what's with the hawk that flies super close to u at some periods of time?

CJ Manny you can hold down R2 and up on the joystick to stand up while riding Agro. Also the hawks fly close to you to allow you to jump from Agro and grab on to them to catch a little ride. It’s pretty hard to do and takes a couple tries but that’s part of one of the trophies for doing all of the Agro stunts

Can you explain what you meant by the cracked areas aren't weak spots?

Yeah, so the areas I'm stabbing in that part of the video I call cracked areas because they have a different look to them (more like cracks) than an actual weak spot that does significant damage when you stab it (which look more like glyphs). The cracked areas are designed to unlock a piece of the puzzle that is the colossus. Does that make sense?

@@cutthatcoconut9018 Yeah, for example, the cracked area on the back of one of their necks makes the colossus lean forward giving you access to the actual weak spot. I included this in my video because it's not uncommon for people to mistake those for actual weak spots.

Hey, thanks! Yeah, those are coins hidden through the entire game. There are a total of 79 of them and you get a sword called Dormin's Sword when you've collected all of them. The sword has buffed attack but slows down your health regen.

No, you're absolutely right! It definitely closes a bit more when doing certain actions like aiming the bow or sword light. And in certain more open areas, it's almost invisible.

Jesus Christ, the controls for this game are among the worst I've played. It amazes me how often I hear people put this up there among the best games of all time.
