@russellpeters21 on most GPS they have a setting that will tell you the moon phase. Or you can get on line and look it up... I do it with my GPS. But it will tell you when the best and good time to hunt is, I've found the deer or elk will be up and moving more, like if the it was a full moon it's likely they will be moving mid day. The GPS narrows the time they will be active..
