Most estate management companies only gives DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS and SURVEY PLAN, is it not the duty /right companies to make those documents available to the buyers if not how and what are the process of getting them. Bought lands from estate management company and was only give DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS and SURVEY PLAN. What next.
