6 to 1 Header Sounds Incredible! Honda J swapped FRS first start.

I made my way to Justin and Tiffany Kelly in Omaha. I came to help out their race program, and get the cars running on the new Fueltech Managment systems. Once wwe get it fired up we get the treat of hearing the 6 to 1 header ! Can’t even believe how rad it sounds!

An easy way to get the crank Pattern is to look for oem part number of the wheel and do a Google image search. That's How I did Mine j30a4 and fueltech suport was awosme. Just sent the picture of the Wheel (Very weird Pattern) and they figure It out How to input on the software. Very Nice and easy. Now I'm strugling to get the a/t trans to work. Fueltech doesn't support It at this moment unfortunally.

@@Tugboatpb you can determine the primary diameters, primary lengths, merge collector angle and outlet diameter. Then fab work, it'll end up being something bespoke

When I first bought my CG1 Accord it had the stock J30A1 in it with the 4 speed auto and then it got a JDM J32A with a six speed manual swap and it sounded awesome with headers and the single in dual out exhaust. Then I added a turbo and it completely changed the exhaust note, making it much louder and deeper. It sounds like my old 3100 SFI Chevy Beretta with a 3" straight pipe with a DynoMax chamber muffler.

Just got six to one headers and exhaust on my j35 van, and now I’m waiting fir the manual transmission to get here, go through it, and install it, and cut weight then add suspension. I’m going to see what raw j series does before any forced air or nitrous. But this van was kind of quick before I decided to go for it: before I had power steering and ac deleted, some weight off, and a tune with cat delete and a cold air intake. I’d did so well I decided to buy a kit for my brother to make the headers and now it’s game on by spring…FYI, my headers don’t looks as cool as that!😍

Love the J series in my ‘04 Odyssey. I’ve gapped many respectable cars in a heavy ass minivan with just a cold air intake, exhaust and performance chip. They’re great engines, but it’s a shame most were mated to very fragile automatic made of glass. I’m on my 3rd BYBA transmission with 237k miles.

This is just to cool! I've come to love the j series. Such simple engines. And built strong but also serviceable in every way you can think. So much that Honda had us replacing rings on vcm models with the engine still in the car. Just the back rings. Slap it back together. That was the warranty. Better do it quick getting half the labor hours. Could get one down to 8hrs
