This is right up my alley. I have a five part snatch block setup and can add up to a nine part. You can't believe what my little JD 1025R can drag up the hill out of the woods. The proper application of force is a beautiful thing. You Rock Sumter!

Nice job as always Mr Hal. You need to build a rack on the roof of the skid steer to carry your rigging . I think with your knowledge you could build one pretty easy . I think it would save you some time and would be easy to tote your stuff around. Thanks for sharing

Is there a way to come up with a tripod type/pivot device to get some lift to get the corner of the machine out of the dirt?

I notest that the bukket of de machine was down and dragging. Mostly you can turn the cey in the on position and then by moving the controles the bukket and arm wil flow back in a sliding position.

I have heard your not supposed to put a chain around a tree with a snatch block. You need a strap like the yellow ones even if you have to double it the chain can cut the tree bark
