I ordered from Billy and Baa and they have amazing, personal customer service and quick shipping. For the crocheters, the sell a "loop locking hook holder" so you can lock your free loop on your work AND attach your crochet hook. I never knew that existed!.

The pattern markers remind me of journaling page markers...i currently use a paper clip as my pattern marker or a pointed sticky note/page flag :)

Question: I’ve just moved from the NW suburbs of Chicago much closer to the city - and I immediately noticing many homeless folks in my new neighborhood… I want to start knitting scarves and handing them out to the needed.. any advice? Are there distributors that donate yarns for charity? It’s already July and Chicago will be chilly in about 60 days so I got to get moving in order to make a difference… Thanks for your advice!!!

You can check it out here: www.knittingforcharity.com/ I don't know of any distributors that donate yarn for charity however, you can check places like Goodwill or Salvation Army to see if they sell highly discounted yarn.
