I am doing a sprint triathlon in 12 weeks. I can swim but I’m not a swimmer. Swam 400 yds today at the gym cold without any research. What a struggle. The breathing, the kicking, the hand placement were all a mess. I ended up breast stroking half the time. Thank you for the video!
