Thats cus its not real for several obvious reasons. No ship the size of the one described goes under that fast, never in the history of seafaring has any ship landed 100 feet onto the bottom and had air volume that would allow people to walk around the under decks, none of this is possible, and most likely made up around the story of harrison okene.

Story 1 has got to be the story of Harrison Okene. He was the cook on a tug boat off the western coast of Africa. Their boat capsized and sank in a little over 100 ft of water. He spent roughly 3 days in the dark, underwater, and alone because he was the sole survivor sitting on the ocean floor. He was rescued by a group of saturation divers that only came to recover the bodies from the capsized tug boat. Harrison eventually became a diver himself I believe, he was so impressed and grateful for the divers who saved him. Ok after finishing the story it's as if someone just plagiarized Okene's entire traumatic story. He wasn't trapped for 14 hours he was trapped for about 3 days. And that tug boat sank right on the edge of a drop-off. Also, he wasn't able to 'swim from room to room' he was trapped in a tiny bathroom or closet, and made a platform to sit upon to keep him out of the water. All he had to eat the whole time was a can or 2 of Coke. It's infuriating that someone takes someone else's experience and made it 'their own'. The real person who experienced this would not have gotten so details wrong.

🇬🇧 Here is an interesting piece of info, re; being attacked in the sea. I recently watched a Marine Biologist talking about shark attacks. The well known knowledge of sharks being able to smell a drop of blood in the Ocean, up to 3 or 4 miles away. However what most people dont know, which is, that its FISH BLOOD or Seals Blood Thats because its thick & oily & keeps together in the water & the oily salty smell is what sharks pick up. Human blood is too thin & disperses quickly in salt water & doesnt have the thick oily consistancy. This changes somewhat, if sharks are in the vicinity of an injured person, and depending on type of injury. A medium cut on the arm or leg from coral or sharp rocks doesn't produce enough blood to attract sharks. But more serious wounds with more blood, from initial shark attack or being cut on metal or machine parts can bring sharks nearer. But usually the human blood has dispersed. I was so relieved to know this, not that i swim in the sea, or live near sharks ( I live near the English/Scottish borders but on the North Sea coast) Our Sea is freezing & too turbulent for sharks, but Greenland Sharks do swim in our waters occasionally. It's just in one of those worst case senario's, being in shark waters, wounded, & terrified im on the supper menu! So! Its thick oily fish blood that sharks can detect in water from miles away! Phew! 🦈 Thanks for the video Love Sea/ocean tales. Peace 🇬🇧🙋
