Kebab Ingredients:
650 gr lamb cubes
4 eggplants.
5 onions.
4 potatoes.
5 green peppers.
3 tomatoes.
6 cloves of garlic.
For the sauce:
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon pepper paste.
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper.
1 tea glass of olive oil
1.5 cups of water.
Bake at 200 degrees.
Uncover and bake for another 30 minutes.
Ayran Soup Ingredients:
