With the mini meatballs,I buy the tortilla scoops and line one scoop wth lettuce leaf ,add meatball top with sauce and cheese. The lettuce serves as a moisture barrier.

For our sausage balls I make them like y’all do and add a tad of sage or use the sage sausage. And for the dip I make it with 1 cup ketchup, 3/4 c brown sugar, 3/4 Tbsp soy sauce and 1/2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar. Add it to a small sauce pan and let the flavors cook together on medium about 3-5 minutes and stir and it’s so zingy and tangy! ❤

what did you use for the sweet potato bites?looks like they were already cooked and frozen?. Orig recipe is putting melted butter and maple syrup on Raw potatoes and baking for 20 mins 400degrees. seems to me those are going to burn with syrup on them? I was going to make these and came back to pull up recipe and not sure now?

Yes, the original used sweet potato slices but I used the the sweet potato patties that are in the frozen section at the grocery store ❤️.
