First of all, Gite Roumiou where you stayed was recently sold and the guy who bought it is a French friend I met on the Camino Frances in October. Second, I met the German guy across the table from you at the dinner (24:11 in the video) on the Camino. I think you arrived in SJPP about a week after I departed from there (21 September), so it’s possible he was able to catch up with me towards the end of my 32 day trek. Unfortunately, I forget his name. What a coincidence! I can’t wait to see the rest of this series to see if I recognize anybody else, as I met several people who hiked from Le Puy to Santiago.

Another excellent video, Efrén! It would be great to see some actual interaction with the other pilgrims. I think that would really bring out the humanity of the Camino experience in your videos. You've absolutely nailed the beauty of nature and the landscape.

Wow, your production level is off the charts man! This Drone footage is just georgous and how you take the time to film yourself walking and talking to the camera... I mean, most people have enough with just walking all day but you put in all this extra work in on top of it! Amazing...! Buen Camino my Friend!

Great video as always. Very professional. I watch the Via Francigena as well and there is a great difference between walking with a trolley, (often on the roads) and this daypack on the Via Podiensis. It is of course a trade off to have everything booked in advance versus the freedom to take it as it comes. Looking forward to the remaining part of the Via Podiensis, since I am considering this for next yr.

Great vlog Efren. Really enjoying this series. The route map at the end is really helpful because in this vlog I don't think you mentioned the name of one town! Stand to be corrected of course. Just saying...

Yes it's hard to pronounce some the names but I get better. You can also download the GPS tracks and follow my walk there as well.

@@Walk_with_Efren hi again Efren. I no longer attend church services, but, something draws me to say a prayer of thanks for the journey l am on and the amazing architecture that has evolved because of his presence in our lives.

I love that the churches are open in France as opposed to the Camino Frances...never understood that.
@Walk_with_Efren9 ай бұрын
I think it's because in Spain, they were stealing the artifacts from the churches, but with so much foot traffic, it justifies having someone there. What's the point of a pilgrimage if you can't visit the churches.

I continue to be so impressed with your photography. These shots that are taken ahead and behind you when you’re walking, are they with the drone? The drone appears to follow your movement along the trail beautifully. I’ve never flown a drown before. Maybe that’s a feature i don’t know about.
