To quote you, "Talk about being spoiled, right?" YES. YES, you spoil US. Efren. This stage was nothing less than incredible. I mean, it's always incredible, your work, but... this one. I'm awed. I can't imagine it getting any better. My wish is that every single person that's every even thought about walking a Camino gets to see this video one day, because they'll be planning to go immediately after. Such amazing footage. You're so talented. Thank you so much.

Thank you Sussan. I can't believe this route is not overrun with pilgrims. It's so much better than thr Frances. I guess the French know how to keep a secret 😉

The drone shots were so amazing. This is a beautiful walk. When I walked it was supposed to rain fortunately there was no rain until just after we left St Pierre, and then skies opened and poured, thunder, lightning, and hail. Those narrow trails turned into rivers, but we laughed and sang in the rain. My Samsung S21 Ultra died from water damage, but my gite owner took us to Espalion the next day and stayed with us for three hours while I got another phone and drove us to Golinhac and we walked from there to Senergues. Her gite was amazing and the best meal we had. She even did our laundry for us at no charge. I met so many lovely trail angels on the Chemin. I'm lost in reliving my pilgrimage through your videos. Thank you.

OMGosh, this stage and finish in Estaing left me speechless! Yup, I’m back researching again for my next pilgrimage…not sure of dates yet but I’m sure it’s VP, Le Puy to SJPP (and probably repeat the stage SJPP-Pamplona). I live autumn in Europe so most likely September 2023/24 ❤

I am not surprised Efren. When I was accompaning you on Via Francigena in France I posted here that you should do the beginning from Le Puy-en-Velay to forget the bad time you had in Via Francigena. As VF is not that let´s say "walked" the structure is not enough and you pass by towns with no bars/supermakets, etc. As you are seeing for yourself, this is not the case of Via Podiensis (but you have to see it with a pinch of salt because they are not comparable as le "Chemin de St Jaques" in France, is "being around" for decades now. And in France you have many other "caminos" (nothing just pilgrimages. Just check on the web site of the company that is transporting your lugagge and you will have an idea. And, there is a lot more but they do not transport lugagge for them yet.). There are many randonnées (as the French call it) with a good structure. Check at FFRP (Féderation Française de Randonnée Pédestre). Maybe because of trusting too much in google you are not having the rigth picture. Dont forget the Google has to be "populated" with information and the French are not too keen on that. They just love walking...
