Clean af as always, i started rocking the anti sumo stance and been loving it and people at my gym give me the weird looks and i love it haha. Just wish i had gyms like the ones you go to around my house/work cause im working out in a crappy planet fitness that bought out another gym company

@@lmfnatural they’re scared; the power of the Anti-Sumo deadlift and the gods that look upon those who use it leaves mere mortals fearful

@ these mere mortals definitely cant handle the anti sumo deadlifts haha. Just wish my gym didnt get bought out by planet fitness because i cant film/have my gym Bag with me cause the co workers start bitching at me even tho i always try to workout not around people, i just like to get into my zone/lane and get my workout in.

@@jaydavis3080 in JANTS it feels great! They’re designed for the gym. They’re flexible & comfortable. They’re denim jeggings I suppose… Kinda. You can buy yourself a pair of JANTS (gym jeans) at Raskol Apparel, use code RYANPRICE for 10% off!

Are you on Steroids? or are you Natural? The reason why I am asking because, I am new to Powerlifting and my Goal is to Deadlift, Squat 320kg and Flat, Incline bench press 220kg in 3 time. My KZbin channel is Called (Powerlifting in Katherine NT) My long-term goal for powerlifting is to Deadlift, Squat 370kg and Flat Bench press 270kg. Do you reckon any of these numbers a possible for me to reach? your thoughts please.
@ryanpricelifts12 күн бұрын
@@PowerliftinginKatherineNT-t9v I’m natural, I don’t take PEDs. I place a big emphasis & concern on my health & longevity as it is, let alone dabbling with PEDs. Hmm. A 320 kilo squat, a 220 kilo bench & a 370 kilo deadlift would be very difficult to achieve naturally. People can say “well look at BP or the IPF”; I hate to break it to those people but there are many ways of using PEDs and being able to clear it from your system before a comp. Your best bet is to bulk up to a heavier weight class, maintain that weight class for an extended period of time and hammer down on your programming & recovery. Your recovery will make all the difference, as well as smart programming (managing volume & fatigue) as well as refining your form to almost perfect for your leverages

@@ryanpriceliftsI enjoy your videos but don't believe your natural claim. Maybe a full hormone panel result video?
