Hey! Sorry haven't been active lately but am getting back into it now! Legs on monday, wednesday, friday - jump on tuesdays or thursdays - upper body i spread throughout when i have time. That was basically the workout schedule at that time :)

Hey! Sorry haven't been active lately but am getting back into it now! Not at the moment but i will start again sometime this year. Doing my own thing for the time being
