All purpose flour/whole wheat flour: 8-10 tablespoons
Milk powder: 1 teaspoon
Oil: 1 teaspoon
Low fat milk: To knead a soft dough
Water: 1/2 cup
Yeast: 1 teaspoon
Oat flour: 1 tablespoon
Water: 1/4 cup

knead and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Knead again, form buns, brush some oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds, leave them for another 15-20 minutes in a warm place then bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
To keep them soft, store in a airtight container or bag for upto two days.
