I really, really dislike baking (flour makes a mess), but a good homemade Bacon Cheeseburger is my favorite meal.....so I'll have to try this. Your convincing argument was using the "Everything Bagel" seasoning, which is my favorite on a bagel, but I've never tried it on a burger bun......until maybe tomorrow evening! Thanks Natasha!

Well I followed your instructions and everything every step of the way...seemed to be working out fine but I baked them for 15 minutes and they're not browning on top even though I put on the egg wash so I'm leaving in them in there 5 minutes longer and I'm praying that they don't get hard or overcooked! I have no idea why they're not browning!
